Since its inception as Integrity Hospitality Management in 2016 by Founder and CEO, Bill Parsons, our organization has been built upon a foundation of core principles. Following a strategic transition in 2023, the company became Integrity Hotel Management, under the expanded partnership with Oral Ali and Ryan Powers.   • Bill Parsons is a highly accomplished executive offering over 40 years of diversified expertise in the hotel, resort, motel, and restaurant sectors. His career is distinguished by a proven track record of building and developing "Award Winning" and "Highly Profitable" properties, showcasing his strategic management abilities across both major franchise flags and independent operations.

    Career Highlights

    • Management & Development: Instrumental in the successful opening of hotels and the supervision of seven resort hotels and restaurants.

    • Company Development: Successfully developed two third-party Hotel management companies, including his current venture, Integrity Hotel Management LLC, which operates 7 hotels with additional hotels currently in the pipeline.

    • Operational Excellence: Throughout his tenure as a General Manager and District Manager, he consistently achieved occupancy and Average Daily Rates (ADR) above the competition, while establishing restaurant and banquet food service that was "second to none." His properties often served as key training venues for General Managers and Food & Beverage Directors.

    • Industry Accolades: Led teams to receive numerous property awards, including “Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel of the Year,” “Brevard County Best Hotel of the Year,” and the “Cocoa Beach Area Business Improvement Council President Award.” He has also created nationally recognized programs, including one that earned the award for “Best Community Promotion in the United States.”

      • Founding President and Board Member of the Cocoa Beach Area Hotel and Motel Association.

      • Founder and Chairman of the Coalition for Safe & Legal Lodging.

      • Past Board Member of Chapter 9 Florida Restaurant Association.

      • Served on the State Tourism Advisory Committee and Convention Council, Board of Junior Achievement, and the Joe Realino Foundation for Hospitality Employees, maintaining active involvement in various community services.

    Mr. Parsons' experience encompasses all facets of the hospitality industry, from comprehensive operations management to property renovations. His dedication to excellence and profitability makes him a transformative leader in the field. Mr. Parsons currently resides in Southeast Florida with his wife, Carrie and children.

  • Oral Ali is a seasoned hospitality professional whose career spans nearly four decades of hands-on operations, strategic leadership, and rigorous hotel performance management. His journey began in 1986 at the Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel in Cocoa Beach, Florida, hired by Bill Parsons. He systematically worked his way through nearly every department—from houseman and housekeeping to maintenance, front desk, sales, and accounting—gaining a deep, practical understanding of full-service hotel operations from the ground up.

    Career Highlights

    • Operational Expertise: Over the years, Oral supported major property transitions, extensive renovations, and portfolio expansions across diverse locations, including Florida, Virginia Beach, and Nags Head, North Carolina.

    • Strategic Growth: After returning to Merritt Island in 2005, he continued advancing through critical operational roles at multiple regional hotels.

    • Integrity Hospitality Management (IHM): In 2015, Oral rejoined Bill Parsons at Integrity Hospitality Management, where he became instrumental in the growth of a national portfolio featuring leading brands such as Choice Hotels, Best Western, and IHG.

    • Performance Focus: Known for contributing to consistent, award-winning property performance, Oral works closely with owners and investors to maximize property potential, drive operational excellence, and elevate the guest experience. Following the company’s 2025 restructuring to Integrity Hotel Management, he remains a trusted, long-standing leader dedicated to continual improvement within our management team.

    Community & Personal Leadership

    Oral is equally committed to serving his community. He currently serves within his Church Community, participating in outreach initiatives and faith-based programs. Passionate about inspiring growth, he provides counseling and guidance to individuals seeking purpose, helping them develop vision, direction, and clarity for their lives. His ultimate goal is to inspire others to grow, lead, and walk confidently toward their goals. Oral has served on the board for the Cocoa Beach Area Hotel and Motel Association as well as the Florida Lodging Restaurant Association.

    Oral currently resides in Central Florida with his wife Susie and children, prioritizing meaningful connections and support in all that he does.

A true lifelong veteran of the service industry, Ryan’s passion for hospitality and business excellence was cultivated from his earliest years, working in his family’s businesses. Following in his grandfather’s footsteps, he is driven by a commitment to helping others succeed and charting a path of shared growth.

    A Career Defined by Rapid Ascent

    Ryan’s professional journey is marked by rapid advancement and a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of operational excellence:

    • Early Leadership: Ryan quickly rose in the Restaurant Industry becoming a RestaurantGeneral Manager by the age of 18.

    • Hotel Mastery: Ryan transitioned into the hotel industry, starting in housekeeping and diligently mastering every department before ultimately achieving the role of Hotel General Manager at the age of 21.

    • Driving Integrity's Success: Joining Integrity Hospitality Management in early 2020, Ryan advanced from General Manager to Regional Operations Manager. His strategic insights were critical in the expansion and formation of Integrity Hotel Management, where he now serves as Vice President, working to drive innovation, strengthen performance and position our organization for sustainable, long-term excellence.

    In addition to his leadership at Integrity Hotel Management, Ryan is a licensed Residential and Commercial Real Estate professional in Tennessee. As a certified At Home with Diversity® agent, he extends his commitment to integrity and service, ensuring an inclusive and professional experience for every client.

    Ryan’s leadership philosophy is centered on coaching and developing individuals, prioritizing the growth of his teams and partners. He brings this passion and dedication to every facet of our business, ensuring that Integrity Hotel Management maintains the highest standards of performance and client service.

    Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family, and currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
